Important Notice: Participants who do not buy accomodation must pay without accomodation meeting package to register the conference.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Before 01st June 2015: % 70 refund of paidfees.
  • Between 01st July 2015 - 15 August 2015: % 30 refund of paidfees.
  • No refundwill be providedafter 15th August 2015
  • All cancellations and modifications must be sent to Congress Office in written. All refunds will be held after the congress. Please retain your receipt that you will request of therefund. The participant may not transfer his/her right to anybody in the congress.
  • Dear Participant if you buy transportation services please send us your flight ticket by e-mail as soon as possible.
